understanding your inner you

hold inner peace
Slow down. Let your nervous system settle. Discover a calm strength you can rely on in life, work, and leadership. In this eight-week course, I share a grounded and accessible approach to mindful yin yoga for people who are curious about mindfulness, but want it practical, clear, and real.
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice with roots in martial arts, Taoist & Zen philosophy and embodied neuroscience. By staying longer in simple postures, we gently nourish the connective tissues and create space in body and mind. Many people notice more clarity, emotional balance, and resilience that quietly carries into everyday life.
train resilience
Over eight weeks, we walk the Blue Lotus Path together. Through posture, breath, stillness, sound, and reflection, you learn to pause, feel, and respond rather than react.
Through this practice, I have seen young professionals make meaningful shifts: finding steadiness in stressful studies, clarity in decisions, and the courage to change direction when something no longer fits. This is not about performance or flexibility, but about building resilience and inner leadership from the inside out.
lived leadership
My path is that of a seasoned academic practitioner. I bring 25 years of experience in change & learning from my corporate business life and five years of developing and teaching mindful yin yoga at a business school and a regional yoga center. I work as a lecturer and researcher in resilient leadership (PhD).
In 2026, I publish a chapter with Springer Nature on training resilience through embodiment and reflection in higher business education. This course brings that work out of theory and into lived, embodied experience.
