I found the gong bath wonderfully relaxing.
At the beginning quite a few emotions were released, but then I was able to completely let myself be carried away and relax.
I thought it was very well dosed, sometimes something resonated more strongly with me, it was never too loud.
At home, I was completely zen… I notice that I have more energy the last few days, and I am very grateful for that.
